摘要
采用照相法对研制的双电导探针测定气泡参数的测量系统■进行标定,并将其用于测定槽径为(?)0.287m 的搅拌槽内的气泡运动速度、气泡大小分布。
A dual electric conductivity probe was developed in this study for determining bubble velocity and bubble size distribution.The underlying principle of this method is based on the difference of electric conductivity between gas and liquid.The bubble chord length distribution could also be measured by the dual electric conductivity probe.To obtain bubble size,the photographic method of measuring bubble size has been used for calibrating the dual electric conductivity probe in an acrylic-glass rectangular two-dimensional bubble column with a cross-sectional area of 0.023 m × 0.284 m and a height of 0.450 m.The calibration equation of d_(32) was obtained as follows: d_(32)=2.25(■)-6.53×10^(-4) The calibration results obtained in this study were consistant with those of Ueyama derived from probaility and statistics method.Bubble velocity and bubble size distribution were also measured by the dual electric conductivity probe in an aerated stirred tank of 0.287 m in an diameter.
