摘要
在一内径190mm,高5500mm流化床实验装置内,以FCC催化剂为流化介质,空气为流化气体,采用直射式光导纤维探头于湍流流化区,测定了床中气泡的大小、上升速度及分率等参数,并对实验结果进行了关联。
An optical fiber probe has been designed and used to measure the radial profiles of the bubble parameters including the ascending velocity,the chord length and the volume fraction in a fluidized bed with an inside diameter of 190mm and a height of 5500mm.The experimental results indicate that,in the turbulent fluidizing regimes,the bubble size and the bubble velocity have a uniform distribution along both the axial and the radial directions in the bed.However,there occurs a non_uniform distribution of the b...
