摘要
目的探讨双源CT双能量成像在去骨关节金属内固定物伪影中的应用价值。方法选取本院骨关节金属内固定患者术后80例,根据检查部位随机分为A、B两组,A组采用双源CT双能量模式进行扫描,B组采用普通扫描模式;对A、B两组图像质量进行评分,对比去金属内固定物伪影的效果。结果 A组可以有效去除金属内固定物伪影、满足临床需要,其中图像质量优良者占97.5%;B组去除金属内固定物伪影效果欠佳、不能满足临床需要,其中图像质量优良者占10.0%。结论双源CT双能量成像可以有效的去除骨关节金属固定物的伪影、清晰显示固定物的形态、局部骨质及周围软组织的结构,同时可以降低辐射剂量。
Objective Application value of Dual-source CT Dual-Energy Imaging in artifact of Metallic Internal Fixation of Osteoarthrosis.Methods A total of 80 patients after internal fixation of bone and joint were selected and randomly divided into two groups:group A and group B according to the site of the examination,Group A was scanned by dual-source CT dual-energy mode,Group B was scanned by general scanning mode.Scoring the image quality of two groups of A and B,compare the effect of demetallized internal fixator artifact.Results Group A can effectively remove artifacts of metal internal fixation,and satisfactory clinical needs,among which 97.5%of them have good image quality;In group B,the effect of removing artifacts from metal internal fixation was poor and could not be satisfied with clinical needs,among which 10.0%had good image quality.Conclusion Dual source CT dual energy imaging can effectively remove the artifacts of the bone and joint metal fixtures,clearly display the shape of the fixator,the structure of the local bone and the surrounding soft tissue,and reduce the radiation dose.
