摘要
目的通过测定正常人、糖尿病性视网膜病变不同发展时期患者血清肿瘤坏死因子α、白细胞介素6水平,探讨肿瘤坏死因子α、白细胞介素6与糖尿病性视网膜病变的关系。方法糖尿病组63例为2004-02/06收治的糖尿病患者,按眼底荧光造影检查结果分为无视网膜病变组24例,单纯性视网膜病变组25例,增殖性视网膜病变组14例。采用放射免疫分析法检测血清肿瘤坏死因子α和白细胞介素6及胰岛素水平,并进行相关性分析。以同期健康体检的20名正常人为正常对照组。结果83名受试者全部进入结果分析。①血清肿瘤坏死因子α水平糖尿病组高于正常对照组[(1.81±0.36),(1.19±0.30)μg/L,P<0.05],增殖性视网膜病变组高于无视网膜病变组和单纯性视网膜病变组(P<0.05)。②白细胞介素6水平糖尿病组高于正常对照组[(168.81±33.60),(110.47±30.26)ng/L,P<0.05],增殖性视网膜病变组高于无视网膜病变组和单纯性视网膜病变组(P<0.05)。③相关性分析结果糖尿病组血清肿瘤坏死因子α与白细胞介素6水平呈正相关(r=0.623,P<0.05),血清肿瘤坏死因子α、白细胞介素6分别与糖化血红蛋白水平呈正相关(r=0.504,0.528,P<0.05)。结论①糖尿病患者血清肿瘤坏死因子α、白细胞介素6水平增高。②随着糖尿病性视网膜病变程度的加重,血清肿瘤坏死因子α、白细胞介素6水平逐渐升高,提示其与糖尿病性视网膜病变,特别是增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变的发生、发展有关。
AIM: To probe into the relationship of serum tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α and interleukin 6 (IL-6) with diabetic retinopathy through determining the levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in normal people with diabetic rctinopathy at different phase. METHODS: Sixty-three diabetic patients were selected from February to June 2004 as diabetic group. They were assigned into non-retinopathy group with 24 cases, pure retinopathy group with 25 cases and proliferative retinopathy group with 14 cases according to the result of fundus fluorescein angiography (FFA). The levels of serum TNF-α and IL-6 as well as insulin were detected with radio-immunlty analysis, and related analysis was conducted. Twenty normal people made body examination at the same period were regarded as normal control group. RESULTS: Eighty-three quizzees were all involved in the result analysis. (1)Level of serum TNF-α It was higher in the diabetic group than that in the normal control group [(1.81±0.36),(1.19±0.30)μg/L,P 〈 0.05]. It was higher in the proliferative retinopathy group than that in the nonretinopathy group and pure retinopathy group (P 〈 0.05). (2)Level of IL-6: It was higher in the diabetic group than that in the normal control group [(168.81±33.60), (110.47±30.26)ng/L,P 〈 0.05]. It was higher in the proliferative retinopathy group than that in the non-retinopathy group and pure retinopathy group (P 〈 0.05). (3)Resuh of related analysis: The level of serum TNF-α had positive correlation with the level of IL-6 in the diabetic group (r=0.623,P 〈 0.05). The levels of TNF-α and IL-6 had positive eorrelation with the level of glucose fcrrohemoglobin (r=0.504, 0.528 ,P 〈 0.05). CONCLUSION: (1)The levels of serum TNF-α and IL-6 in diabetic patients increase. (2)With the severity of diabetic retinopathy gradually, the levels of serum TNF-α and IL-6 increase gradually, which indicate that it is related to the diabetic retinopathy, especially the occurrenc
