摘要
以河南科技大学食品安全专业本科生《食品生物化学》课程教学改革实践为基础,从信息化时代的课程建设、师资队伍建设、课程内容、教学形式等方面进行系统总结,并针对近年来的教学效果,分析实践过程中反馈的信息,及时地进行食品生物化学教学方面的调整和修正,取得了一定的效果,对实践中采取的一些措施做了总结。
Based on the teaching reform practice of Food Biochemistry for undergraduates in food safety major of Henan University of Science and Technology, some approaches were adopted to improve the construction of curriculum system, enhance the quality of teachers stuff, increase the attraction of the curriculum content and diversify teaching form. Based on teaching effect of Food Biochemistry in recent years, the feedback information collected in the procedure of teaching reform were analyzed, and some adjustments on Food Biochemistry teaching were made timely. Some progresses were obtained, and the measures taken in the teaching reform practice were summarized.
