摘要 硬盘的磁头一旦发生故障 ,硬盘上的数据就会全部丢失 ,会给用户带来较大的数据或经济上的损失 .本文分析了磁头碰撞、磁头与盘片粘连、磁头臂与磁头臂支撑架粘连、磁头污染等硬盘磁头故障的诱发原因 ,并针对故障产生原因 。 The data in the hard disk will be completely lost and the economic and data loss of the user will occur if the magnetic head of hard disk fails to work. This article analyzes the causes of head disk interface shock, the cohere of the access arm and access arm stretcher, the magnetic head pollution and breakdown of magnetic head in hard disk .By analyzing the causes of the breakdown, it also suggests ways to reduce the magnetic head breakdown by improving the hard disk design
