低渗透油田采输系统能耗优化分析 被引量:1

摘要 随着新疆油田开发规模的不断扩大,地面能耗设备总数随之增加,采输单耗显著升高。针对新疆油田某低渗透区块采输系统能耗大的问题,研究了掺水温度、地温、井口回压等参数对系统能耗的影响,并给出了系统运行能耗的优化策略,结果表明:冬季掺水温度60℃,采输系统节能7.38%。夏季掺水温度42℃,采输系统节能30%。通过改善掺水温度可有效降低采输系统能耗,该研究成果对其他油田采输系统节能降耗具有一定的借鉴意义。 With the expansion of the development scale of Xinjiang Oilfield,the total number of ground energy consumption equipment increases,significant increase in single consumption of transportation.Pointing at the problem of large energy consumption in a low permeability block of Xingjiang oilfield,research the influence of water mixing temperature,ground temperature and wellhead back pressure on the energy consumption of the system,and present the optimization strategy of the energy consumption of the system.The results show that:water mixing temperature at 60℃in winter,energy saving of the production and transportation system 7.38%.Water mixing temperature at 42℃ in summer,energy saving of the production and transportation system 30%.The energy consumption of the power transmission and transportation system can be effectively reduced by improving the water mixing temperature,the research results can be used for reference in energy saving and consumption reduction of other oilfield production and transportation systems.
