无牙痕作业技术在深层气井中的应用

摘要 针对富含二氧化碳气体的气藏,腐蚀就成了完井管柱在含二氧化碳的环境中使用的主要问题。因此,13Cr等具有更高强度和卓越抗腐蚀特性的防腐油管被广泛的应用在气井完井管柱施工中。使用普通油管液压钳,钳牙会对油管本体产生较大损伤,因此需要无牙痕作业技术来完成防腐完井管柱的作业施工。本文阐述了无牙痕作业技术设备及现阶段大庆油田无牙痕作业技术现状,应用该技术能有效减轻二氧化碳对井下油管的腐蚀,延长油管的使用寿命,为深层气井生产开发提供技术支持。 Corrosion has become a major problem in the use of gas cylinders in carbon dioxide-containing environments for gas-rich gas reservoirs.Therefore,13 Cr and other high strength and excellent corrosion resistance of the anti-corrosion tubing is widely used in gas well completion of the column construction.The use of ordinary tubing hydraulic clamp,jaw will have a greater damage to the tubing body,so the need for toothless operation technology to complete the anti-corrosion completion of the column operation.This paper describes the current situation of toothless operation technology in Daqing Oilfield,and can effectively reduce the corrosion of underground tubing and prolong the service life of tubing,and provide technical support for deep gas well production and development.
