摘要
水土保持工程设施验收评估报告对于生产开发建设项目的整体工程管理起着关键性作用。本文对内蒙古霍林河循环经济示范工程2×350MW"上大压小"自备电厂扩建项目的水土保持设施建设、设施建设质量、投入资金、工程效果及工程管理运行验收等进行了详细评估,评估结果,可为该类似工程项目水土保持设施验收评估提供参考和借鉴作用。
The acceptance assessment report of soil and water conservation engineering facilioverall project management of the development and construction projects. In the paper, soil construction, facility construction quality, invest capital, engineering effects and engineering management operation acceptance of Inner Mongolia Huolin River Circular Economy Demonstration Project 2 ×350 MW ＆ upper big and lowpressure’ owned power plant expansion work are evaluated in details. The evaluation conclusion and analysis results can provide reference role for soil and water conservation facility acceptan.
