摘要
碳纤维复合材料连续抽油杆具有密度低、强度高,能够降低悬点载荷、增加下泵深度以及耐腐蚀等优势,在油田得到越来越广泛的应用。通过对国内外碳纤维连续抽油杆的杆柱设计、行为预测、生产参数优化以及工况诊断等方面进行综合分析与研究,结果表明:目前碳纤维连续抽油杆的应用设计与分析,大多沿用钢制抽油杆的设计方法或在其基础上做出适当修正,没有专门的理论作为指导,直接影响到碳纤维连续抽油杆的应用效果。建议加强碳纤维连续抽油杆的理论研究,建立一套适用的理论与方法,为碳纤维连续抽油杆的高效应用提供指导。
The carbon fiber composite continuous sucker rod has been widely used in oilfields based on its advantages of low density,high intensity,decreasing the polished rod load,increasing the pumping depth and corrosion resistance.The studies of the design of sucker rod string,behavior prediction,optimization of production parameters and working condition diagnosis on the carbon fiber sucker rod at home and abroad has been synthetically analyzed.The results showed that the design and application of carbon fiber sucker rod mostly referenced for or modified the steel sucker rod and there was no special theoretical guidance,so the application effect of carbon fiber sucker rod was affected.So the suggestions have been put forward that theoretical research must be strengthen and a new set of theoretical approaches should be established in order to provide guidance for the efficient application of carbon fiber sucker rod.
