碳纤维连续抽油杆优化设计与井下抽油杆柱匹配试验 被引量:1

Optimal design for carbon fiber continuous sucker rod and matching test of downhole sucker rod string

摘要 针对抽油机采油井生产管柱中抽油杆偏磨导致抽油杆断脱,制约其检泵周期进一步延长的问题,开展了抽油杆材质的研究,以提升抽油杆的机械性能。通过应用近年来新兴的碳纤维连续抽油杆技术,开展碳纤维连续抽油杆拉伸实验,模拟井的井下抽油杆柱匹配研究与现场应用,对碳纤维连续抽油杆的截面形状、抽油杆柱设计进行测试和优化。现场应用结果表明,碳纤维连续抽油杆采油井平均免修期达到1295天。与普通钢制抽油杆相比,碳纤维连续抽油杆在降低交变载荷、防腐蚀、延长抽油机采油井检泵周期方面,具有明显效果。 In order to solve the problems of the sucker rod broken caused by the eccentric wear of sucker rod in the production string of pumping unit of producers,which restricts the further extension of the pump inspection period,the research on the material of the sucker rod has been carried out to improve the mechanical properties of the sucker rod.Through the application of the new technology of carbon fiber continuous sucker rod emerged in recent years,the tensile experiment of the carbon fiber continuous sucker rod was carried out,and the matching test of downhole sucker rod and field application were simulated.The cross-sectional shape of the carbon fiber continuous sucker rod as well as the design of the sucker rod string were tested and optimized.Field application results showed that the average maintenance-free period of production wells with carbon fiber continuous sucker rod reached 1295 days.Compared with ordinary steel sucker rods,carbon fiber continuous sucker rods could obviously reduce alternating loads,prevent corrosion,and prolong the inspection cycle of pumping units in producers.
