摘要
目的:观察炔雌醇醋酸环丙孕酮联合二甲双胍治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征的临床效果.方法:选择肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征患者95例,患者随机分为实验组48例和对照组47例,实验组服用炔雌醇醋酸环丙孕酮和二甲双胍,对照组单服用炔雌醇醋酸环丙孕酮,观察治疗前后两组患者体质指数(BMI)、性激素水平、空腹血糖(FBG)、空腹胰岛素(FIN).分析联合用药的治疗机理.结果:(1)实验组和对照组治疗后BMI、FBG、LH、T、FIN均较治疗前降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).(2)实验组治疗后BMI、FBG、LH、T、FIN均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:炔雌醇醋酸环丙孕酮联合二甲双胍治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征的疗效优于单一炔雌醇醋酸环丙孕酮治疗,尤其是针对有生育要求的患者.值得临床推广应用.
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate combined with metformin in the treatment of obese polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods:95 patients with obese polycystic ovary syndrome were randomly divided into an experimental group(48 cases)and a control group(47 cases).The experimental group was treated with ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate combined with metformin,the control group was only treated with ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate.The body mass index(BMI),sex hormone levels,fasting blood glucose(FBG),fasting insulin(FIN)of the two groups before and after treatments were observed.The therapeutic mechanism of combination medication was analyzed.Results:(1)Both in the experimental group and the control group,the BMI,FBG,luteinizing hormone(LH),testosterone(T),FIN after treatment were lower than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The BMI,FBG,LH,T,FIN after treatment in the experimental group were lower than those of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of combination of ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate with metformin is better than single ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate in the treatment of obese polycystic ovary syndrome,especially for the patients with fertility requirements.So it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
