摘要
简要梳理了清洁生产来源及发展历程,结合清洁生产在我国的发展,论述了清洁生产的推行过程和理念的认同。重点结合环境保护部门开展清洁生产过程中遇到的问题和工作经验,论述了快速清洁生产审核的要点。按照"定方向、定体系、强调查、论目标、研方案"的思路对清洁生产报告编制进行剖析,并逐步对各个环节中关键问题进行了分解和说明。意在对今后的清洁生产审核技术有所帮助和指导,对我国的清洁生产发展有所贡献。
This paper briefly reviews the sources and development of cleaner production, and discusses the implementation process and concept of cleaner production in the light of the development of cleaner production in China. The key points of rapid cleaner production audit are discussed with emphasis on the problems and work experience encountered by enviromental protection departments in developing cleaner production. The compilation of cleaner production report is analyzed according to the idea of 'setting direction、setting system 、strengthening investigation, discussing objective、research program ', and the key issues in each link are decomposed and explained step by step.It is intended to help and guide the cleaner production auditing technology in the future and contribute to the development of cleaner production in China.
