摘要
新常态下,如何有效开展环境污染责任保险试点工作,对促进宁夏经济发展与环境保护协调发展具有重要意义。为顺利有效地在宁夏推行环境污染责任保险,本文在国内28个省市环境污染责任保险试点工作调研基础上,对共性问题和瓶颈问题进行了分析研究,提出了在宁夏推行环境污染责任保险试点工作的对策建议。
Under the new era,how to carry out environmental pollution liability insurance system as experimental spot effectively in Ningxia has an important meaning on the promotion of economic development and environmentalcoordinated protection development. In order to push environmental pollution liability insuranceeffectively,this paper analyzes the common problems and bottlenecks based on 28 provinces and cities as experimental spots in applying environmental pollution liability insurance system. In addition,this articleproposessuggestionsin Ningxia incarrying out environmental pollution liability insurance system.
