摘要
作为对共同行动的一种理念升华与实践提炼,公共行动以追求和实现公共利益为价值旨归,是国家与社会共同建构的结果。国家与社会的良性互动构成了公共行动的基轴与象限,预设了公共行动的实现机制。作为一种共同行动类型的逻辑回应,在不同的共同体形态中行动者之间达成"意向一致"的形式不同。基于政治强力认同的共同行动、基于阶级利益共识的共同行动、基于公共责任默契的共同行动,行动者在"自然形成的共同体""虚幻的共同体""真正的共同体"中分别占有不同的主导地位,进而导致公共行动的变形镜像、消解困境、和谐发展的逻辑生成。
As a concept sublimation and practice refinement of common action,public action is the result of the joint construction of the state and society,which is aimed at pursuing and realizing public interests.The positive interaction between the state and society constitutes the basis of public action,and presupposes the realization mechanism of public action.As a logical response of the types of common actions,different actors have different forms of consensus in different community forms.Based on common action of political strong identity,common action of the consensus of class interests and common action of tacit understanding of public responsibility,actors occupy different dominant positions in the'naturally formed community','unreal community'and'real community',which lead to the logical generation of deformation,dissolution and harmonious development of public action.
