摘要
试验优化了啶虫脒、氧化乐果、多菌灵、吡虫啉、克百威、氟虫腈及嘧霉胺的质谱条件,并建立了同时测定这7种化合物的高效液相色谱串联质谱检测方法。利用此方法分析时间较短,且灵敏度高,回收率和重现性均能满足定量分析要求,结果准确可靠。方法适于蔬菜水果中啶虫脒、氧化乐果、多菌灵、吡虫啉、克百威、氟虫腈及嘧霉胺的同时测定,尤其适合大批量样品快速准确的定性、定量分析。
The mass spectrometry parameters for determine acetamiprid, omethoate, carbendazim, imidacloprid,carbofuran,fipronil and pyrimethanil were optimized and a high-performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry method was established for the determination of seven compounds. The results established that such a method had the advantages of timesaving,with high sensitivity and accuracy,and it is suitable for quantitative analysis of acetamiprid,omethoate,carbendazim,imidacloprid,carbofuran,fipronil and pyrimethanil at same time,especially suitable for large quantities of samples.
