摘要
实验首先建立了一种基于超高效液相色谱技术测定槐米及其提取液中芦丁含量的定量方法。然后再采用此方法探究槐米中芦丁的提取工艺,以槐米中芦丁提取率为监测变量,开展提取时间、提取溶剂、碱性介质三因子的单因素实验,经过重复性验证,最终得到芦丁萃取率高且耗费成本少的较优提取工艺:将槐米药材按照料液比1∶20分别精密加入80%vol乙醇溶液中进行水浴加热提取,提取时间为60min。
Firstly a method for testing Rutin in Sophora japonica and its extracts based on Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography is established. Then the quantitative method is used to study the extraction technology of Rutin in Sophora japonica. The Rutin’s extraction ratio as monitor variable, we launch the single-factor experiment of extraction time, extraction solvent and alkaline medium. Finally the optimum extraction condition which has high extraction ratio and low cost is get: add Sophora japonica to 80%vol alcohol solution with solid-liquid ratio 1:20 in a water bath. The extraction time is 60 min.
