摘要
天然药物化学的本科教学实验内容常常比较单一,通过半开放式的系统预实验能够检验学生对天然药物化学理论知识的掌握程度和灵活运用的能力。本文以我校实际开设的天然药物化学系统预实验为基础,探索在开展系统预实验过程中的实验设计、学生操作、考核评价以及学生能力培养等方面的实施方法及效果。为该实验课程的改革提供依据,为具有独立思考、积极动手、创新意识的应用型学生培养提供参考方向。
Natural Medical Chemistry is an experiment of undergraduate Pharmacy,and its experimental content is often relatively simple.Through the semi open preliminary experiments,students’mastery of theoretical knowledge of Natural Medical Chemistry and their ability to apply flexibly can be tested.Based on the preliminary experiment of Natural Medical Chemistry system in our school,the implementation methods and effects of experimental design,student operation,assessment and evaluation,and student ability training in the process of carrying out the preliminary experiments were explored.It provided a basis for the reform of the experimental course and a reference direction for the cultivation of applied students with independent thinking,active hands-on and innovative consciousness.
