摘要
如何高效地进行蚯蚓和蚓粪采收是制约蚯蚓养殖业发展的关键技术难题。为此,提出了一种用于蚯蚓分选的直线振动筛,建立了直线振动筛的动力学模型,并对其设计的合理性进行模态分析验证。最后,进行了直线振动筛样机的响应面法试验,得出直线振动筛的最佳设计参数,可为蚯蚓分选的研究提供参考。
How to collect earthworm efficiently is a key technical problem that restricts the development of earthworm breeding industry.Therefore,a linear vibrating screen for earthworm sorting is proposed,and the dynamic model of the linear vibrating screen is established,and the rationality of its design is verified by modal analysis.Finally,the experiment of linear vibrating screen was carried out,and the optimum design parameters of linear vibrating screen were obtained.
