摘要
针对蚯蚓清洗耗时耗力的问题,提出了一种摆动喷淋式蚯蚓清洗装置的方案,对蚯蚓清洗的力学模型进行了研究,得到了蚯蚓在清洗装置中发生相对滚动的条件。以最小传动角最大为设计目标,利用Matlab7.0对蚯蚓清洗装置进行优化设计,确定了相关构件的结构参数,建立了摆动喷淋式蚯蚓清洗装置的实体模型。在ADAMS/View中对该装置进行运动学仿真,分析了V型槽的摆角、角速度和角加速度曲线,结果与设计目标基本吻合,从而验证了模型的正确性。
One kind of cleaning device for earthworms is proposed based on the problem of the time-consuming and labor intensive process in cleaning earthworms. Mechanics model of the earthworms cleaning device was studied, the paper obtained the relative rolling conditions of the earthworms in the device. With the design goal of maximizing of the minimum transmission angle, and make use of the Matlab7.0 to optimized the design of earthworm cleaning device, the paper determine the structure parameters of related components and establish the entity model of cleaning device. The kinematics simulation of earthworms cleaning device and the analysis of curves of the V-groove angle, angular velocity and angular acceleration was carried on by using ADAMS/View. The results are accordant with the design objectives, so then it verified the correctness of the model.
