深黄被孢霉产脂突变株培养条件优化研究

摘要 为了优化深黄被孢霉突变株的培养基,采用单因素与正交试验法相结合对油脂高产突变株深黄被孢霉产油培养基进行优化。单因素试验得到初步发酵培养基成分为葡萄糖、酵母膏和MgSO_4。选取葡萄糖、酵母膏和MgSO_43个对油脂产量影响较为显著的培养基成分作为优化对象,得到最佳培养基参数:葡萄糖80.0g/L、酵母膏3.8g/L和MgSO_40.8g/L,在此条件下油脂产量为11.08g/L,比优化前(6.22 g/L)提高了78.14%。 To optimize culture medium for lipid production of Mutant strains of Mortierella isabellina, combination of single factor experiments and orthogonal test were utilized in this paper. Preliminary fermentation medium was carried out by single factor experiments, and main components including glucose and yeast extract, MgSO4 were obtained. Three significant factors (glucose, yeast extract and MgSO4) were optimized as follows: glucose 80.0 g/L, yeast extracts 3.8 g/L and MgSO4 0.8 g/L. Under optimized condition, lipid yield reached as high as 12.01 g/L increased by 93.09%than original's yield (6.22 g/L) .
