摘要
使命型政党是中国共产党在领导新时代中国特色社会主义过程中表现出来的政治形态。中国共产党肩负的使命是人民使命、国家使命、民族使命和人类共同体使命的融合。中国共产党作为使命型政党领导的新时代中国特色社会主义的内涵表现为四大复合,展开路径表现为中国共产党必须领导新四大结构。基于此,中国共产党不仅需要注重执政党建设,更须注重使命型政党建设。要实现肩负的使命,中国共产党必须坚持从严治党,加强党的伟大工程建设,维护核心,缔造共识,对时代做出新判断和战略部署,只有这样才能将自身发展同人民幸福、国家民族和人类的发展融为一体。
The report of the 19 th National Congress of the CPC is of great significance and aspiration. Mission-oriented party is a new political form of the CPC during the stage in building a society with Chinese characteristics. Four combination exemplify the connotation of Chinese characteristics in a new era. The approach proclaims the leading role of the CPC in the new 'four structures'.The CPC is deeply aware that,to shoulder the historical mission,it is essential to strengthen Party discipline,maintain code and establish consensus so that the CPC can unify its development with people’s happiness,the country and the development of human beings.
