摘要
在湿化学法制备a-Al2O3微粉过程中,引入a-Al2O3, a-Fe2O3等籽晶,可以控制a-Al2O3粉末的粒度及颗粒形状,增加相变速度,降低晶相转换温度,因而可以降低水热法制备a-Al2O3微粉的成本,使水热法制备氧化铝实现工业生产成为可能. 本文结合笔者的研究工作,总结了国内外在此方面的研究情况,就籽晶在水热法制备a-Al2O3微粉过程中所起的作用作一综合评述.
The size and shape of a-Al2O3 particles may be controlled in the preparation of a-Al2O3 ultrafines by a-Al2O3, a-Fe2O3 seeding in wet-chemical methods, which can increase the transformation rates and reduce the activation energy for the phase transformation. Therefore, the cost for the preparation of a-Al2O3 ultrafines by the hydrothermal method is reduced greatly. The research works at home and abroad have been summarized, and the effects of seed crystals on preparation of a-Al2O3 ultrafines by wet-chemical methods have been summarized combined with the authors research.
