摘要
经贸合作是'一带一路'建设的核心环节和重要手段。'一带一路'倡议提出近五年来,中国与沿线国家的国际经贸合作已取得新的突破和进展。东盟作为'一带一路'倡议实施的海上地理起始段,是'一带一路'倡议实施的优先发展区域和关键领域,也是'一带一路'国际经贸合作的'深耕区'。中国与东盟在'一带一路'项目方面的经贸合作与往来,对于推进'一带一路'倡议的实施起着重要的作用,一方面能对其他沿线国家起到示范作用,另一方面,对于中国东盟双边经贸关系的稳步发展有着较大的促进作用。本研究利用20002016年期间UN Comtrade数据库并结合世界发展指标数据库,对'一带一路'倡议实施是否能促进中国对东盟国家的进、出口贸易进行了考察。实证结果发现,中国对东盟国家进、出口贸易不断扩大,'一带一路'倡议的实施显著地促进了中国对东盟国家的进、出口增长,且对进口增长的影响要大于对出口增长的影响。
Economic and trade cooperation is the core link and important means of the construction of the Belt and Road.The Belt and Road Initiative has been proposed for nearly five years,and new breakthroughs and progress has been made on the international economic and trade cooperation with countries along the Belt and Road.As a start of maritime geography,ASEAN is a priority development area and key area for the implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative and a'deep-farming area'for the Belt and Road international economic and trade cooperation.The economic and trade cooperation and exchanges between China and ASEAN on the Belt and Road project will play an important role in promoting the implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative.On the one hand,it serves as a kind of role model for other countries along the Belt and Road;on the other hand,it plays a greater role in promoting the steady development of China-ASEAN bilateral economic and trade relations.This study,by employing the UN Comtrade database for the period2000-2016 and the World Development Indicators Database,examines whether the implementation of the Belt and Road initiative can promote China’s import and export trade with ASEAN countries.The empirical results show that China’s import and export trade with ASEAN countries is expanding.The implementation of the Belt and Road initiative has significantly promoted China’s import and export growth to ASEAN countries,and its impact on import growth is greater than its impact on export growth.
