摘要
探讨了食品检验专业教学中进行责任公民意识培养的有效途径,从教师辅导员到宿管后勤,从思政课程到课程思政,从学校到企业,创新教育模式,发扬工匠精神,协同育人全员育人来培养学生的责任公民意识。
This paper discussed the effective ways to cultivate the responsibility consciousness in the teaching process of food inspection specialty. From teachers to dormitory administrator,ideological and political courses to professional courses with moral education,from college to company,applying new teaching mode and craftsmanship spirit,all faculty members and all parts of education engage in cultivating the students’ responsibility consciousness in a coordinated way.
