摘要
采用微波烧结法在1 550℃制备了不同ZrO_2含量的ZrO_2-Cu-Al_2O_3复合材料,分析了其力学性能和微观结构。结果表明,ZrO_2含量达10%(质量分数)时,复合材料的致密度、维氏硬度、室温抗弯强度、断裂韧性分别达99%、16.5 GPa、482.5 MPa、7.3 MPa·m1/2。而当添加的ZrO_2的质量分数过多(>10%)时,复合材料的维氏硬度、室温抗弯强度、断裂韧性等力学性能指标呈下降趋势。
The ZrO_2-Cu-Al_2O_3 composites with ZrO_2 addition varied from 0 wt% to 15 wt% were prepared by microwave sintering at 1550 ℃,the microstructure and mechanical properties of the ZrO_2-Cu-Al_2O_3 composites were analyzed. The results showed that when the addition of ZrO_2 reached 10 wt%,the relative density,HV hardness,room flexural strength and fracture toughness reached 99% 、16. 5 GPa、482. 5 MPa、7. 3 MPa·m1 /2,respectively. However,excessive ZrO_2additions( mass fraction > 10%) finally degraded the mechanical properties such as HV hardness,room flexural strength and fracture toughness of the composites.
