摘要
从结构和功能用材两个方面概述了二硅化钼(MoSi_2)的本征特性与改性途径,并论述了在1200～1600℃的温度范围内MoSi_2及其复合材料的广阔的应用前景。
In this article, the intrinsic characteristics and modification approaches of
MoSi2 are overviewed from two aspects of the structural and functional materials. The application prospects of MoSi2 and its composites at the temperature within 1200-1600℃ are discussed.
