摘要
将上年化学诱变所得玉米材料 178,187和齐3 10 种植 ,分析了玉米的形态特征和生理代谢特性。结果表明 ,不同诱变玉米材料的幼苗性状都得到改良 ,但改良幅度不同。诱变玉米的种子萌发率提高 4 5 7%~ 14 5 6 % ,叶绿素含量提高 13 3%~ 17 7% ,硝酸还原酶活性提高 9 2 %~138 0 % ,叶片厚度增加 4 7%~ 30 3% ,气孔长度增加 1 3%~ 3 9% ,玉米 5 0日令幼苗的地上部和地下部生长量均增加 ,形成壮苗。可以认为秋水仙碱诱变处理 ,引起了玉米可遗传的有利变异。
Aciording to analyze seeding feature and physiological metabolism characters.Plant maize 178, 187 and Qi310 specimen that gained by chemical inducing last year. The result showed that induced maize seeding properties get different improvement. The rate of seeds germination increase 45.7%~145.8%; the content of chlorophyll in leaves increase 13.3%~17.7% and activity of NR improve 9.2%~138.0%, Thickness of leaves increase 4.7%~30.3% and length of stoma increase 1.3%~3.9%.In brief, because growing of both root system and branches with leaves System increase, induced maize come to strong sprout. Therefore we may think that inducement of colchicine can cause maize advantageous variation.
