常压室温等离子体对直立型扁蓿豆生长特性的影响

Effects of Atmospheric Room Temperature Plasma on Growth Characteristics of Medicago ruthenica Sojak cv.Zhilixing

摘要 为研究常压室温等离子体(ARTP)诱变处理对直立型扁蓿豆(Medicago ruthenica Sojak cv.Zhilixing)幼苗生长及成株后田间农艺性状的影响,采用功率400W、气量15slm的ARTP处理直立型扁蓿豆发芽种子,测定分析不同时间处理(10、20、30和40min)种子的长势情况。结果表明:ARTP处理时间对直立型扁蓿豆播种后幼苗长势无规律性变化趋势,而成株后农艺性状相关指标随照射时间延长整体呈先促进后抑制趋势,一定处理时间范围内单株鲜草产量较对照增加了0.78~2.63倍。其中ARTP处理30min对幼苗生长相关指标和成株后相关农艺性状指标均有显著促进效果;而处理40min的相对成苗率为45.14%,接近半致死剂量,对整个幼苗生长阶段和成株后生长均呈现抑制作用,且其叶绿素含量相对值最低。以上结果为扁蓿豆后续开展ARTP诱变育种工作提供了参考辐射时间,也为ARTP诱变技术在牧草上的应用提供了理论指导。 To explore the effects of atmospheric room temperature plasma(ARTP)on Medicago ruthenica Sojak cv.Zhilixing seedlings growth and agronomic traits,the germinated seeds were treated with ARTP with power of 400 W and gas volume of 15 slm.The growth of seeds at different treating time(10,20,30 and 40 min)was measured.The results showed that different ARTP treatments had no significant effect on the growth of M.ruthenica Sojak cv.Zhilixing seedlings.After transplanting,the relevant indexes of agronomic traits of adult plants showed a trend of promotion followed by inhibition with the extension of irradiation time,in which the fresh yield of individual plant increased by 0.78~2.63 times compared with the control group.ARTP treatment for 30 min had a significant improvement on seedling growth related indexes and adult plant related agronomic traits.However,when the ARTP treatment extended to 40 min,the relative survival seedling rate was 45.14%,reaching to the half lethal dose,which inhibited the growth of seedlings and grown plants,resulting in the lowest relative chlorophyl content(SPAD).This study provided a reference radiation time for ARTP mutation breeding of M.ruthenica as well as a theoretical guidance for the application of ARTP mutation technology in forage production.
