摘要
用0.2%的秋水仙素分不同处理时间对二倍体新麦草萌动种子进行了染色体加倍,并对加倍后的植株在幼苗分蘖期进行了细胞学和形态的研究。结果表明:在室温用0.2%秋水仙素溶液处理3~5h,诱导加倍的成功率最高,加倍植株均为二倍体和四倍体的混倍体;混倍体植株叶片气孔保卫细胞的长度均高于未加倍的二倍体植株。
The chromosomes of Psathyrostachys perennis Keng.cv.Shandan(diploid)were doubled using 0.2% colchicines treatment with germinating seeds in different treatment time.The chromosome doubled plants were studied on aspects of cytology and morphology at their tillering stage.The results were as follows:most effective inducing way was 3~5 hours to treat with 0.2%colchicines solution at room temperature for 3~5 hours.All seedlings with doubled chromosome numbers were mixoploids including diploids(2n=14)and tetraploids (2n=28).The leaves stoma of defending cells of mixoploids were longer than that of the diploids.
