摘要
当代警察的素质是未来公安战斗力的核心组成部分,分为政治素质、法律素质、科技素质、专业素质、身心素质和 职业道德六个方面,以此为基础建立分层的评价指标体系,利用灰色评价理论进行警察素质的综合评价。
Contemporary polices qualifications is core constitutions of public security groups fighting power. It is divided into six parts, such as politics, legality, science and technology, major, physics and psychology, and professional moral. Then a hierarchy index system is established, and a comprehensive evaluation method based on grey theory is given.
