摘要
基于熔融沉积造型 (FusedDepositionModeling ,FDM )中料丝的受力分析 ,提出采用槽轮结构以增大驱动力。文中主要通过分析送丝驱动摩擦轮的结构 ,提出从动轮上的摩擦力可以忽略不记 ,同时提出在摩擦轮上开设V形卡槽的做法 ,并分析V形卡槽角度的大小对送丝驱动力的影响 ,提出卡槽角度的范围 ,寻求能够获得较大送丝驱动力的卡槽角度。文中最后讨论了开槽的作用与开槽角度的范围 。
Basing on the analysis of the forces on the polymer wire by Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM), a grooved friction gear was suggested for getting a greater force of the driving friction gear. The effect and the range of the angle were discussed. A formula for calculating the driving force with a spring was also deduced.
