摘要
为了解数控弯曲成形金属线材中的弹塑性变化与线材成形规律,采用Deform软件对线材弯曲过程进行有限元仿真与分析。分析结果表明,滚轮转过的角度与线材最终成形的角度在一定范围内呈线性关系,通过数控弯丝机弯曲线材试验证实此关系在一定条件下是成立的,通过拟合方法推导出此关系的经验公式,并应用于弯曲成形加工补偿。
In order to predict the elastic-plastic changes and the wire forming law of metallic wire in bending process accurately,the finite element simulation of wire bending process was done by using Deform,and the conclusion that the rolled angle of the wheel presented a linear relationship with the final wire forming angle within a certain range was derived.It has been proved to be truth by CNC wire bending machine test under certain conditions.And the empirical formula derived with fitting method was used to give processing compensation.
