柠檬酸对牙釉质和塑料义齿耐磨性影响的研究 被引量:2

摘要 本实验对浸泡在柠檬酸中的离休牙釉质和塑料义齿进行了硬度和耐磨性的比较研究。结果发现,浸泡10min后,牙釉质的硬度就发生了显著变化,表面有明显的酸蚀现象,耐磨性明显下降。在相同浸泡条件下,塑料义齿的显微硬度变化轻微,且耐磨性下降不明显。表明柠檬酸类饮料对牙釉质的硬度和耐磨性影响较大,应引起注意。 The influence of citric acid on the hardness and wear-resistance of enamel and plastic artificial tooth was studied. After 10 minutes, n turned out that the microhardness and wear-resistance of enamel evidently descended and the surface was also obviously eroded. And in the same condition, the microhardness and wear-resistance of plastic artificial tooth descended slightly. This may indicate that the influence of citric acid on the microhardness and wear-resistance of the nature tooth is remarkable and these should be paid our attention.
