摘要
目的:比较聚醚醚酮制作的可摘义齿人工牙与两种临床常用的可摘义齿树脂人工牙的耐磨性及硬度。方法:用聚醚醚酮制作可摘义齿人工牙(A组),以普通合成树脂牙(拜耳牙,B组)和复合树脂牙(Endura塑钢牙,C组)为对照进行二体磨耗实验和硬度测试。用TCML-II咀嚼模拟疲劳试验机进行磨耗实验,以滑石瓷为对磨物,加载力50N,循环加载30万次,并经5℃/55℃冷热水循环。用口内扫描仪扫描磨耗前后的人工牙形态,计算磨耗前后的体积变化,并用扫描电镜观察其磨耗表面。用显微硬度仪测量人工牙的维氏硬度。结果:三种树脂牙磨耗量分别为A组0.90±0.33 mm^3、B组2.42±0.99 mm^3、C组4.23±1.33 mm^3,三者之间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。三种树脂牙的硬度分别为A组29.16±2.58 Hv1/15、B组26.89±1.96 Hv1/15、C组35.24±1.90H v1/15,三者之间显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:相比于普通合成树脂牙和复合树脂牙,PEEK树脂牙具有适中的硬度和良好的耐磨性。
Objective: To compare the wear resistance and hardness among the polyetheretherketone(PEEK) artificial denture teeth and two kinds of commonly used resin artificial teeth for removable denture. Methods: When synthetic resin teeth(Group B) and composite resin teeth(Group C) were used as controls, the wear resistance and hardness of PEEK artificial teeth(Group A) were compared and evaluated. Antagonized by steatite, two-body wear tests with TCML-II chewing simulated fatigue tester were selected to compare and evaluate the wear resistance of PEEK artificial teeth. In wear test,each group was loaded for 300,000 cycles and additional thermal cycling(5/55℃) were performed. Wear resistance was analyzed by measuring the reduced volume of substance with a digital method. Then the surface topography of each group after wear tests was observed by scanning electron microscopy. The Vickers hardness of artificial teeth was tested by micro-hardness tester. The volume reduction in wear test and the Vickers hardness of the three kinds of artificial teeth were compared by one-way analysis of variance(ANOVA). Results: The volume reduction in wear test were 0.90±0.33 mm^3 for Group A, 2.42±0.99 mm^3 for Group B, and 4.23±1.33 mm^3 for Group C. There were significant differences among these three groups(P〈0.05). The Vickers hardness were 29.16±2.58 Hv1/15 for Group A, 26.89±1.96 Hv1/15 for Group B, and 35.24±1.50 Hv1/15 for Group C. and there were significant differences among these three groups(P〈0.05). Conclusion:Compared with synthetic resin teeth and composite resin teeth used commonly in dental practice, Polyetheretherketone(PEEK) artificial teeth showed desirable Vickers hardness, better wear resistance.
