图书馆外借服务工作是图书馆工作的基础 ,本文分析了读者类型及其阅读心理和需求 ,从而得出调整馆员心态。
The library's lending service work is the foundation of libraries. This article analyses the reader's types, reading mind and need so on, that adjust librarian's psychology and innovation service is the best approach of making good of lending work of libraries in information time.
