摘要
对柴油机缸盖铸件三维温度场进行有限元分析 ,得到从浇注到室温全过程的温度场 ,计算结果表明三维温度场的数值模拟能反映铸件冷却过程温度场的变化 ,与实测结果相符合。并评价了三种落砂温度工艺方案 。
Through the analysis of finite elements of the cylinder cap casting of a diesel engine in 3 demension temperature field, a temperature field from casting to room temperature is obtained The calculating results show that the numerical value simulation of 3 demension temperature field may reflect the temperature field's changes in the cooling process of castings, which accords with the real measurement Three kinds of technique schemes of shakeout temperature are appraised It turned out that the time spent on shakeout affects greatly the residual stress of castings
