摘要 大型铸钢件在实际生产中易产生缩孔缩松、应力变形等缺陷。本文采用清华大学机械工程系开发的FDM/FEM集成分析系统,对马钢双板轧机机架及5 0 0 0t油压机横梁凝固过程中的温度场、应力场进行了模拟分析,并根据模拟结果对工艺进行了改进。按照制定的工艺进行实际生产,均一次浇注成功。 Shrinkage and shrinkage porosity, stress and deformation often occurs during the production of heavy steel casting. In this paper, the temperature field and stress field during the solidification of the twin band mill house casting and beam steel casting of 5000t oil hydraulic press in Maanshan Iron and Steel Corporation were simulated by FDM/FEM integration system developed by Tsinghua University. Based on the simulation results, the design of these castings is evaluated and optimized. These castings are successfully produced with good quality.
