摘要
对中国一重(CFHI)目前使用的ProCAST、MAGMA和Adstefan三种常用铸造模拟软件进行了详细的对比。利用三软件对同一试验件的凝固过程进行模拟计算和分析,对凝固时间、缩孔位置、测温点温度等进行了详细的对比研究。结果表明,三软件对试验件计算的完全凝固时间差别不大,可能的缩孔位置基本相同,有效测温点温度曲线与实测吻合较好。三软件在网格划分和计算时间上各有特点,使用侧重点不同,对不同的模拟研究需选用适用的软件。
Three casting simulation packages ProCAST, MAGMA and Adstefan, used at China First Heavy Industry (CFHI) were evaluated in this paper. Solidification process of a test casting was simulated and analyzed using the three packages. The simulated results such as solidification time and shrinkage porosity were compared in detail, and the comparison between measured temperatures and simulated ones at some locations was provided as well. It shows that the solidification time as well as shrinkage porosity predicted by the three packages are quite similar. The predicted temperatures by those packages at some locations are reasonable good compared with the measurement. Each of three packages has its own specialties, such as meshing and computation time. In order to better utilize each package' s functionalities, it is necessary to choose the right one based on the application.
