摘要
推导出了一组计算熟料中 1 1 Ca O.7Al2 O3 .Ca F2 和 3Ca O.3Al2 O3 .Ca SO4含量的公式 .根据公式 ,可以通过调整硫氟比和配料中 Ca O,Si O2 ,Al2 O3 及 Fe2 O3 的含量 ,使熟料中形成的 1 1 Ca O.7Al2 O3 .Ca F2 和 3Ca O.3Al2 O3 .Ca SO4的量以及二者的比例达到设计值 .在实验过程中 ,运用公式计算出的 1 1 Ca O.7Al2 O3 .Ca F2 和 3Ca O.3Al2 O3 .Ca SO4的含量 ,与熟料的 X-射线衍射目估半定量分析值相比 ,偏差量仅为 (± 1 .0 ) ,证明了这种计算方法的简便性和准确性 .
A group of formulas were deduced to calculate contents of C 11 A 7·CaF 2 and C 4A 3S in clinker. By regulating the content of Al 2O 3 and the value of anhydride to fluorite of the dispensing, the contents of C 11 A 7· CaF 2 and C 4A 3S formed in the clinker and the proportion of C 11 A 7·CaF 2 to C 4A 3S can be in accordance with the expected values. In the experiment, contents of C 11 A 7·CaF 2 and C 4A 3S calculated according to the formulas are nearly the same as the contents that analyzed by clinker XRD, which proves that the method of calculating according to the formulas is simple and accurate.
