摘要
利用工业废渣煤矸石烧制矿山及地下工程用喷射水泥,该水泥含快硬矿相C11A7·CaF2,C4A3S和C3S,C2S.C11A7·CaF2和C4A3S水化产物提供早期强度,C3S和C2S水化产物保证中后期强度.该水泥初凝5min,终凝10min,4h后强度为7MPa;中后期强度稳定增长,凝结时间和强度满足喷射要求.
A type of jet cement including quick hardening mineral phases C11A7·CaF2 ,C4A3 and C3S, C2S is calcined using industrial refuse gangue to apply to mine and underground engineering. Hydrates of C11A7·CaF2 and C4A3 offer early strength of cement, and hydrates of C3S and C2S provide middle and final strength. The initial setting time is 5 min,and final setting time is 10 min. The strength of 4 h age is 7 MPa, and the final strength increases steadily. The setting time and strength of cement meet spouting.
