摘要
利用VisualC++和OpenGL编程相结合,开发出一个能够对空间凸轮机构进行虚拟设计的系统.该系统能够模拟空间凸轮的设计过程,实时显示生成空间凸轮的三维图形,具有输出凸轮的各种参数、对凸轮基本参数进行优化及与用户进行动态交互的功能,还能够模拟凸轮机构的运动过程,以便于用户对设计结果进行检验.理论分析和试验结果表明,采用该系统对空间凸轮机构进行设计,生成的各种参数更加符合用户的要求,从而降低了产品的生产试制成本,缩短了产品的设计开发周期.
The technology and virtual design of spatial cam are investigated, and a virtual design system of spatial cam based on Visual C++ and OpenGL is developed. With the virtual design system the design process of spatial cam can be simulated, the three dimensional real time graphics can be displayed, and the cam parameters can be optimized for practical purposes and output in detail. The interaction with this system facilitates the users to simulate the cam animation and find out or correct the existing errors. The theoretical analysis and experimental results indicate that to adopt this system to design spatial cam can obtain the optimum parameters, shorten the design period and reduce the cost.
