摘要
采用面向对象的可视化开发工具Visual C++6.0和OpenGL技术,利用模块化的开发方法, 解决了平行分度凸轮机构的参数化设计、实体建模、三维图形显示与控制、运动仿真、机构分析等一系列问题。所完成的CAD系统实现了平行分度凸轮机构的快速、准确、动态设计,可缩短产品设计开发周期,降低生产试制成本。
This research provides solutions to the design of parallel indexing cam mechanisms. The methods are developed for parametric design, solid modeling, three - dimensional graphic display, control and motion simulation using Visual C + + 6.0 and OpenGL. The modularization and object - oriented techniques are employed in the research. This CAD system enables users to design a parallel indexing cam mechanism rapidly and accurately with the shortened design period and reduced cost.
