摘要
本文以跨文化价值观念的视角对所谓“海归派”和“本土派”的划分进行剖析。这种分歧其实就是“五四”以来中西文化争论的延续 ,其核心是讨论中国现代化过程中如何对待中国传统文化与西方文化的价值问题 。
This thesis analyzes what is so called 'westernization' and 'nativization', and the debate between the two sides. This debate is, actually, the extension of the discussion about the relationship between the Eastern and Western cultures since the New Culture Movement in China. The focus is on how to deal with the Chinese tradition and Western cultural value in the process of China's modernization drive. Unfortunately, this debate is also used sometimes for selfish purposes.
