摘要
通过低芥酸不育系S45A与油研2号测交,再经回交和连续兄妹交保持,进行定向培育而成的黔油4AB,属双低高蛋白甘蓝型油菜细胞核隐性雄性不育系。其育性分明、不育性稳定而彻底;不育性靠兄妹交保持,不育株保持后代不育株率为50%左右;不育性受两对隐性基因控制。该不育系具有恢复源广,植株综合性状优良;芥酸含量(0 43%)和硫甙含量(29 2μmol/g)较低,蛋白质含量(26 29%)和含油量(39 00%)较高等优点。是开展油菜杂优育种的优良不育系。利用该不育系已育成三高(高产、高蛋白、高油)两低(低芥酸、低硫甙)甘蓝型杂交油菜新品种黔油14号。
The recessive nucleic male sterile line Qianyou 4AB with double low and high protein in B.napus was selected and bred from the combination S45A×Youyan 2 by using the method of backcross and continuous sibmating.Its sterility is stability and absolute,and is controlled by two pairs of recessive nucleic genes.Its sterile plants rate is 50% by sibmating.It has many advantages such as wide restorers,good economic characters,low erucic acid and glucosinlate,high protein and oil content ect.Qianyou 4AB is a good male sterile line for variety selection and breeding of hybrid rape,and is the parent of Qianyou 14.
