摘要
对几种类胡萝卜素促进因子进行初步研究 ,从中选出对红酵母的色素产量和生物量有显著影响的促进因子核黄素和番茄汁共同实验 ,结果显示红酵母的色素产量和生物量分别比对照增加了 71 31%和 6 9 95 %。
The effects of some promotors on the growth ,carotenoid content and yield of Rhodotorula RY-2001 were studied The results showed that tomato juice and VB 2 were the suitable promotors,which could obviously increase the biomass and the carotenoids yield of this strain When the optimum concentration of tomato juice and VB 2 were added to the medium ,the yeast biomass and the yield of carotenoids could be increased by 69 95% and 74 31% compared with control
