摘要
民族社会规范是民族社会控制的关键环节。然而不同时代、不同民族社会控制的规范结构与模式有较大不同。本文在区分民族社会规范的基本层次结构的基础上 ,对民族地区以法律为主导的多元社会秩序结构进行了分析。
The present author holds that social regulation of the ethnic minorities,key to the social order,varies in structure and pattern from age to age and community to community.He further analyses the inevitability of legalized social pluralism as might apply to various ethnic groups and regulation patterns.
