摘要
研究了在10L聚合釜中TiCl4/MgCl2负载型催化剂催化丁二烯-异戊二烯共聚合的动力学,结果表明,当丁二烯起始投料摩尔百分数为20%时,反应速率对单体浓度和催化剂浓度的反应级数均为一级,表观活化能为24kJ/mol。
It has been investigated that the kinetics of BdIp copolymerization supported TiCl4 catalyst activated by Al(iC4H9)3 was carried out in the autoclave whose content was 10?L. The results showed that the reaction index of the polymerization on the concentration of titanium and monomer were both 1 when the molcontent of butadiene was 20% at the beginning. The overall activation energy was 24?kJ/mol.
