摘要
对稀土催化本体聚合丁二烯(Bd)-异戊二烯(Ip)橡胶(Ln-BIR)的性能研究发现,Ln-BIR在素炼过程中有明显的降解,Ip含量愈高,降解速率愈快。确认Ln-BIR分子链中有长链支化及轻度交联的存在。添加适量操作油,既可改善Ln-BIR的加工性,也能提高硫化胶的强伸性能。Ln-BIR硫化胶的回弹性和耐寒性随Bd/Ip(摩尔比)的增加而增加,耐磨性在谊值为40/60~50/50时出现峰值;而湿滑指数则随该值的增加而下降。
The properties of raw rubber , compounds and vulcanizates of butadiene (Bd)-isoprene (Ip) rubber bulk polymerized with rare earth catalyst (Ln- BIR)were studied . The results showed that there was obvious degradation under the shear stress for Ln-BIRs , and the higher the isoprene content , the more rapid the degration rate . The data obtained by the compression creep test showed that there were long chain branches , even light crosslinks in the macromolecules . The mixing behavior was good when [η] < 5.0 dL/g , but the processing became difficult with serious bagging and rough batching off when [η] > 8.0 dL/g . Hence , adding right amount of processing oil could improve themixing behavior .With increasing the Bd content in the copolymers , the resilience and low temperature resistance increased ,wet skid index decreased , while the abrasion loss appeared a peak at 40/60 - 50/50(molar rate ) of Bd/Ip. By adding modifier hydride in the polymerization ,the molecular weight of the copolymer and the resilience , low temperature resistance and wet skid resistance of the vulcanizates decreased , but the abrasion resistance increased.
