本文阐述柱状层流冷却装备开发中的关键技术及采用的措施。指出了该系统的优点与不足 ,提出了冷却装置三区理想的结构形式。
This article expounds the key technology and measures which are taken during development of columniform laminar flow cooling equipment,points out the advantages and deficiencies of this system and puts forward the ideal three zone configuration for the cooling equipment.
